What you'll need:

If your pack doesn't arrive in time for the live workshop, don't worry. You can catch up using the replay once your kit arrives in the mail.
How does this workshop work?
This workshop takes place on Crowdcast, which you can access super easily via your phone, laptop/desktop or tablet. I'll email the workshop link after purchase and send you a reminder the day before we go live.
Crowdcast works best on Google Chrome if you're on desktop, or through the Crowdcast app if you're on mobile. But I've tested it with friends in all scenarios and it works 👌🏻. Simply click the link a couple of minutes before the workshop and wait for me to go live.
You won't be on camera, you won't have to mute a mic. It'll just be me, broadcasting from The Sewcial Circle HQ. There's a chat function & a spot for you to ask questions.
If you can't join live, don't worry, the replay will be available to re-watch right after we finish the live session.
Tips for parents:
- Join the workshop from a table, where your child can sit and watch
- Lay everything out on the table before the workshop
- Enjoy a cuppa before we begin so you can lend a hand if the thread gets tangled
- One thing I've learned from years of teaching kids to sew is that perfection doesn't matter. If there's a knot, I just tuck it inside and keep going.
- Encourage them to try it first before stepping in
Can't wait to craft together! X
